Return & Exchanges

We currently do not offer refunds. However, exchanges or store credit may be considered under specific circumstances.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• The item must include original packaging

JOY Boutique reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing.
Orders are shipped via USPS.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. JOY Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Once an order has been shipped and the carrier has marked it as delivered, JOY Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
