Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

JOY Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and the carrier has marked it as delivered, JOY Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
