- What are the payment methods?
We accept credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also process PayPal transactions.
- What are my shipping options?
We ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.
- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Once the order is placed, you should receive your order within 5 business days. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you. If the package is lost you can make a claim directly to our email info@joyboutiquepr.com, the same way if the package arrives open or broken.
- What is the return and refund policy?
All sales are final. We only accept returns if we ship an incorrect item. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email info@joyboutiquepr.com within 10 days of the shipment date to evaluate your request. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. We will refund the full purchase price if a replacement item is unavailable. Our satisfaction is our number one priority. Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve.
